APPRECIATE GROUP PLC
Portfolio of transformative work, Keep It Lean were engaged by the CMO and CIO in both millennial consumer gifting and a new digital gift card currency.
We worked with SME's (subject matter experts) we conceived and helped design a new direct to consumer gifting proposition. Leveraging Appreciate Groups existing gift cards, vouchers and e-gift card capabilities. We worked with another digital agency (CodeComputerLove), from discovery and ideation where we explored existing customer pain points through to design sprints including product definition, business and value modelling and finally into product roadmap planning, backlog grooming and agile product delivery. We successfully launched of giftli.co.uk to consumers during Q4 2019.
We also designed and delivered an MVP of a new digital gift card currency called Ribbon designed for the B2B and B2C Mastercard enabled gift card product that supported Apple and Android mobile wallet deployment. This would be a first to the UK market and encompass all the value consumers and corporates were seeking such as personalisation and frictionless spend.

HELLOSODA BIG DATA ANALYTICS
Working with Founder and Directors to identify key business opportunities, issues and risks from their existing product and delivery capabilites. We provided strategic planning and product road map planning. We helped implement the strategic plan and key initiatives to deliver shareholder value. Working with the Product, Design, Marketing and Engineering teams we helped map out the product and value proposition for the B2B division. We provided training and support to Sales on product and positioning. We reviewed the start up organisational structural and advised a number of recommended changes that helped drive the teams improved delivery and performance.

AER LINGUS AIRLINE
Aer Lingus are undergoing a multi year transformation programme specifically focusing on process, people and technology delivery. The existing product delivery function undertook projects in an inconsistent way that lead to varying results on projects. Furthermore, the airline needed support and advice on how to move towards a more agile methodology.
We engaged with the Aer Lingus SME's (subject matter experts) to help assess whether they could be converted introduce product owners/manager as part of their Programme Office processes.
We worked across the Aer Lingus Technology function, which was split between traditional IT and Digital & Mobile (D&M) helping introduce a fit for purpose business analysis and product management methodology as part of the overall transformation programme. We helped introduce a new Product Owner and Business Analyst community helping in creating a collaborative, standardised was of undertaking Business Analysis within Aer Lingus.
We helped deliver the product definitions for the Guest Disruption service provided by Aer Lingus and contributed a number of major partnerships such as American Airlines code sharing.

DEPT AGENCY
Dept agency engaged Keep It Lean to provide product management consultancy in order to develop and deliver a new booking and upgrades product for their travel industry client. The work included establishing a product definition, business and value model modelling, product roadmap planning, backlog grooming and agile product delivery. We experimented and developed the product marketing channels along with a conversion model that would drive maximum customer engagement. The MVP was delivered to the market in October 2018 and future roadmap iterations were delivered thereafter including experimentations on price and scarcity.

UNIQUEX ROSETTA LIVE STREAMING
Working with Directors we helped bring to market in-cinema streaming product as part of their strategic programme plan. We helped align strategic plans with shareholder vision. Collaborating with Product, Design, Marketing, Procurement and Engineering teams, we delivered training and commercial roll out of the product and proposition. We engaged with multiple Chinese suppliers to procure OEM hardware ensuring a seamless transition of the product offering into 'business as usual'.
